Join us on the International Day 2023 – a celebration of the diverse Vesthimmerland and the encounter between cultures.The event is launched on Thursday the 16th of November 2023 between 4 pm and 7 pm at Dronning Ingrid Hallerne, Farsø.

Vesthimmerland is a multicultural municipality with no less than 75 different nationalities which we would like to celebrate. That is why Dronning Ingrid Hallerne is the venue for an exciting event where the inhabitants can meet and get to know each other despite of different nationalities and cultures.

On International Day, it will be possible to experience inspiring presentations, take part in activities for the whole family, explore the many exciting stalls with career tips, activities in Vesthimmerland, cultural and leisure time activities and delicious tasting samples, among other things.

Edin Hajder will talk about international startups and how you can start your own business in Denmark.

The event is not only appealing to newcomers from countries outside Denmark, but also the present residents, and the event is free of charge for everyone – so take your family, friend or neighbour by the arm and join us at this cultural and social gathering.

The International Day 2023 is organized by Vesthimmerland Municipality, Jobcenter Vesthimmerland, Erhverv Væksthimmerland, local associations and businesses.
