DESCRIPTION:Get a firm grip on the formalities of how to start a business in Denmark.\nIn the course we’ll introduce you to all the legal\, financial and cultural matters of doing business in Denmark as well as the foundations of entrepreneurship so you can get off to a good start on your entrepreneurial journey in Denmark. \nThe course consists of four workshops and is for for international entrepreneurs living in Denmark. \nThe course is free of charge. \nIf you can picture yourself in the following this course is just right for you:  \nYou are living in Denmark and you are considering starting your own business. In this course we’ll give you the knowledge and the tools that you need to set up and develop your business here. We’ll cover essential business topics such as idea validation\, business modeling\, sales and marketing and financial planning. We will also cover the legal aspects of establishing a Danish company. After the course you’ll have the tools to start your own business in Denmark. \nThroughout the course we’ll introduce you to: \n\nHow to make your idea into a business using tools such as Business Model Canvas and Value Proposition Canvas.\nHow to legally establish your business in Denmark. We’ll guide you through all legal and administrative requirements such as CVR-registration\, company forms and tax and VAT.\nHow to make a sales and marketing strategy that works in Denmark.\nHow to make a long-term business strategy that is financially viable.\n\nAfter each workshop you’ll have to work on your business through the homework that we’ll assign to you. \nYou’ll also get the opportunity to get individual feedback on your business idea from the teachers throughout the course. \nYour guides on the journey from good idea to great business  \nYou’ll meet Hans Peter Wolsing from Startinfo and Edin Hajder from Plus Consult. Together they have helped thousands of entrepreneurs in Denmark and taught at multiple entrepreneurial courses. They have a very broad expertise and very detailed overview of the entrepreneurial ecosystem. DESCRIPTION:Mange iværksættere frygter papirarbejdet ved ansættelse af medarbejdere. “Papirarbejde”\, forsikringer og så skal lønnen også kunne udbetales korrekt. Det kan virke uoverskueligt når man er ny arbejdsgiver. Men det behøver ikke at være så svært når man bruger et Lønprogram. \nStartinfo hjælper gerne iværksættere godt i gang\, men også med ansættelse af medarbejdere.
